Udzawa Tractors, being the authorized representative of the international corporation Udzawa Chemical Manufacture Co., Ltd. in Europe, Russia and CIS countries, offers excellent quality cement of 42.5 N/R grades in the market of Russia and CIS countries. The above grade corresponds to the Russian cement grades, as follows ПЦ 400 Д0 and ПЦ 400 Д0 Б in accordance to GOST 10178-85 (ЦЕМ I 42.5 and ЦЕМ I 42.5 in accordance to GOST 31108-2003), though 42.5 N/R still exceeds them on the base properties. We offer wholesale supply of the cement under UDZAWA trademark. This cement has been supplied by us all over the world. Since 2008 the sales quota of cement has been introduced in the Russian market. To our regret, the present quota of cement supplies to Russia is 8000 tons per month only.

Quarrying

The natural raw materials such as limestone, limestone clay and slate are taken from a quarry located near the cement production. After the extraction the raw materials are transported to the cement plant for intermediate storage, homogenization and further processing. The modern computer processing methods allow the manufacturers to assess raw materials and optimize long- and short-term production plans.

Raw Preparation

After the intermediate storage and homogenization the raw materials are dried and ground to the raw meal in the cement mills in the right proportions for the dry process.

Then the raw meal is stored and homogenized in the raw mix bins or slurry tanks to reach and maintain the uniform chemical composition before charging into the furnace. As a rule, from 1.5 to 1.6 t of dry raw meal is required to produce 1 ton of sintered material, i.e. clinker.

Cement Clinker Sintering

The ready raw material is discharged into the furnaces for the purpose of thermal processing. This process comprises the sequential stages, as follows drying/heating, baking and sintering. The sintered product, called “clinker” is cooled by air flow until 100-200 ° C and moved to storage location.

Furnace high temperature is used for drying of raw stuff, solid fuel and mineral additives. Waste gases are gone through electrostatic insolvents and bag filter systems before they are exhausted into atmosphere.

Cement Milling

Cement is produced by joint milling of straight cement with small portion of natural or industrial gypsum (or anhydrite). Cement with additives (or “mixed” cement) contains other items, crumbled blast-furnace slag, natural or industrial tuf, inert aggregates, such as limestone. Mineral additives are loaded with clinker while being milled or crumbled separately, and mixed with cement.

Different grades of cement are stored separately in the cement bunkers before they are packed in bags and delivered to a customer.

Cement Shipment

Cement is shipped in bulk, in bags or big-bags. Different transportation modes are used (by rail way, by sea) in accordance with delivery conditions.

Quality of the imported cement is supported by own manufactory certificates, as well as Certificates of Conformity to Gosstandart of Russian Federation and Hygiene Certificates.

Our cement is used for high-strength concrete manufacturing by customers of the countries where the quality material, due to the enhanced loadings and unfavorable seismic activity, is required.

Packing is the exterior of the goods. It should not only protect the goods from various negative influences, but also carry complete information of the goods and its properties. It can be put this way, the quality of the packing should correspond to the quality of a product.

Undoubtedly, cement packing requires more protection, as it is undergone by several freight modes, transshipments, stocking, etc. To minimize the physical influences during transportation and for the sake of keeping commodity good exterior, the special export packing is used. It represents three-layer bags of 50 kg, additionally packed in 1,5 t big-bags made of reinforced double propylene with a polyethylene insert.

The reference price for central Russia (Chelyabinsk-Gruzovoy): 5 193 Rubles / 1 tone.

The cost of cement for other regions of Russia will be comprised by the reference price + freight charges. The minimum order is 60 tones. Terms of payment : 100 % by advance T/T payment.
